(together the “Controller” or “Diadora”), provides this information notice to the Data Subject in compliance with the European Union and Italian legislation and other applicable law on personal data protection. This Privacy Policy describes what personal data the Diadora collects, the sources of that information, how the personal data is used--including the purpose, method, and processing of the personal data--and with whom it may be shared.. This Privacy Policy applies to those browsing this website (hereafter the “Website”) or otherwise interacting with the Diadora through email or telephone calls. The computer systems and software procedures in charge of the website's operation acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. Moreover, the Data Subject may withdraw their consent when this is necessary to pursue the processing purposes.
